Women have been a subject of control for the majority of current history, and it doesn't seem to be slowing down. Across the world, we see governments regressing to controlling and misogynistic ideologies, and it’s seeping into the laws they make and the culture. The same men who swear that women need protecting are killing us. As they enforce modesty and endorse “life,” they attempt to make women a collective, not individuals. With this series, I aim to allow the viewer to reflect on the current state of our government and governments worldwide, as well as their prevailing beliefs. This series serves as a warning of the future we are sprinting towards.
